I'm a total beginner, can you help me? Yes.



I've never exercised before, can you help me? Yes.



I train in a small group, will you train with us? Yes.



I'm an elite athlete, can you train with me? Probably.



Do you do training camps? Yes I can organise a training camp for you and/or come on a training camp with you.



Are you enby and femme friendly? Yes I'm very femme friendly and I am, myself, Enby. Macho men are welcome to train with me too but I hope you're fitter than me cause your ego might deflate quickly.



Why did you start coaching, Crack? Running and riding are risky business — cars, traffic, and potholes are just some of the risk of riding, but running alone for women (and not-men-friends) has other risks most men can't comprehend. So if anyone just wants to feel safer from cars or creeps when training outside, I wanna help them feel safer too.



What makes Coach Crack different to other coach/trainers? My whole goal is to provide you with in-person protection, support, knowledge, and motivation so you can exercise outside safer and smarter than training alone. I'm as much a protector and training partner as I am a performance coach.



What exercise/sports will we do? Walking, running, and riding are my staples but I'm open to any others too.



Where are you located and do you travel? I'm in Melbourne until April 14 (2025), I'm in Japan from April 15 to May 7, and I'm back in Melbourne from May 8. I can and do travel to you too (pending location).



Who is Robbie McEwen, Brad Beven, Benny Saint, Paul Amey, & co.? They're all professional atheltes, Olympians, and friends I was lucky enough to live with, train with, and learn from.
